As we close out 2025, my heart is filled with gratitude, and I recognize God’s faithfulness.

Throughout this year:

  1. The Enfoque a la Familia Institute continues to grow, offering even more courses that are now impacting hundreds of people in different countries.
  2. Enfoque Kids developed 45 new resources to reach and influence the next generation.
  3. We celebrated our Family Conference (Enfoque a la Familia Summit 2025) in Colorado Springs with 385 participants.
  4. We launched the new podcast “Necesito un Consejo con Sixto Porras” (“Questions and Answers with Sixto Porras”), created to respond in a relational and practical way to the most common questions we receive at Enfoque a la Familia every day.

Nothing has been more meaningful than seeing marriages restored, parents rediscover their purpose, and families make courageous decisions to walk toward a healthier way of life.

I thank God for every church that opened its doors to us, for every friendship built along the way, and, in a very special way, for the trust you have placed in us by allowing us to serve God alongside you.

Focus on the Family Seminars

During 2025, we had the privilege of ministering at 124 in-person seminars, reaching 75,156 attendees across 28 cities: 21 in the United States, 4 in Puerto Rico, and 3 international.

At one of these gatherings, Yuri came to me and told me:
“My name is Yuri. Six years ago, I went through my husband’s affair, and in the midst of my desperation, I turned to Enfoque a la Familia. The Enfoque a la Familia Institute continues to be a key avenue for training counselors, leaders, and parents who walk alongside families and support them in their restoration, grounded in a solid biblical foundation.

The most inspiring part is hearing the testimonies of those who have been part of this process. Pastor Cristian Escorcia, senior pastor of Iglesia Dios Fuente de Poder in Barranquilla, Colombia, shared with us that completing the seven certifications of the Enfoque a la Familia Institute, and graduating as a Family Specialist in 2025 deeply impacted his personal life, his marriage, his family, and his pastoral ministry. What he learned significantly strengthened his work in counseling and congregational leadership. He and his wife, who also completed the specialization, recommended these courses to their entire denomination, leading to 86 pastors from different countries beginning their training with the Institute.

Today, many of them confirm that since the first course they have experienced remarkable growth. For Pastor Cristian, the Enfoque a la Familia Institute has become a key resource to impact leaders, churches, and entire communities.

Counseling

Counseling continues to be one of the most sensitive and valuable expressions of this ministry. 

During this year: 

  • More than 5,000 counseling sessions were provided. 
  • 3,626 counseling inquiries were answered via email through ayuda@enfoquealafamilia.com.
